A beautiful route along the coast and around Duna da Cresmina. Note: Some running apps will direct you onto paths through the dune, but it is closed off. And: After kilometer 10, it may seem as though you are running onto the private property of the Quinta da Marinha Health Club; however, this is a public path. Simply cross the parking lot straight ahead onto the small path, and you’ll soon see the ochre-colored buildings of the Sheraton Hotel.

The southern section, which follows a small stream and winds through a wooded area, is particularly beautiful. There are several alternative routes here, so you can adjust the distance as needed.
